An Electrical Engineer post graduated in Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics), Sqn. Ldr. Usman served in the Indian Air Force. A winner of ‘Indian President’s Plaque’ during his commission, he has had an illustrious career in Engineering, Management and Training Institutes of Indian Air Force, till he retired in 1993. After stepping into civilian life, he took on various management roles at the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT) Mumbai, then at Nouri Industrial Co. Kuwait & spearheaded their Electrical & Telecom business for Kuwaiti Ministries, Refineries, Petrochemicals & Oil cos.. A man of action, Sqn. Ldr. Usman is a well-known personality among the business circles of Kuwait & is revered to as a mastermind behind many innovative ventures in India and abroad.
